Step 1
Calculation
In the first step of our individual production of an intraocular implant, the biometric data determined is used to calculate the geometry of the intraocular lens.
Step 2
High precision manufacturing
After calculating the individual geometric and optical parameters, the intraocular lens is manufactured with the highest precision. The accuracy here is in the nanometer range.
Step 3
Finalization
During the final processing of AMILens® products, just like the entire manufacturing process, we pay attention to maximum precision and perfection. Several subsequent quality assurance tests are necessary to make sure that the products are technically and optically perfect.
